Zoe, it is that easy. The first few times, I was scared, only at night time, and even then I wore sunglasses to obscure my face. But then? I took the glasses off and found a few lgbt bars where it was easy to make friends. Like actual friends, people just like me. That was 2 years ago, I now can go to grocery store, go to the Mall or theater, and eat at fancy restaurants dressed.
Like every journey, it always begins with humble beginnings. Just 1 small step
