Four years is a long time and so much can happen in that time. Apparently it happened and the female hormones really did a job on this person. Personally, I would agree with her not to change back!
Looks like her groom is also being arrested? Or at the very least his family if he knows she was behind it he wouldn't want to marry her. Hopefully the FBI will let her keep that body and identity and she can find a nice man who isn't a crook to settle down with a criminal family is no place to raise children.
