Office of Gender Repositioning and Gender Verification

In a fit of boredom I began to contemplate the logistics of all of these TG captions. In this world there must be some sort of government oversight for all of the changes. So I imagine somewhere there is a terribly overworked government official who's sole propose is to legally change peoples records. Poor Dave. I alone have put him through so much, but my fellow TG writers have really made him clock in some overtime.
